Hyvid was founded in 2026 in response to a clear and fundamental shift in the way work is evolving. 

For more than 15 years, our founders have been building and scaling global teams. In 2010, Robert Hynes founded Diversify Offshore Staffing, later joined by Angela Vidler and Yjez Batulan. Together, they grew the business to over 1,500 professionals before its acquisition by NYSE-listed HGS in 2022. 

Through that journey, one insight became undeniable: traditional offshoring was built around cost, but the future would be built around intelligence. Hyvid was created to reflect that shift — bringing together global talent and AI within a single, integrated workforce model. 

Rather than layering AI onto legacy structures, Hyvid was designed from the ground up to enable people and intelligent systems to work together seamlessly. Today, we help businesses build teams that are not only distributed — but designed for performance.

Angela Vidler

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Angela is the strategic force behind Hyvid’s vision. With more than 15 years’ experience leading global teams, she previously scaled Diversify Offshore Staffing from startup to a business of over 1,500 professionals before its successful exit in 2022.

Her thinking has always sat ahead of the market. Long before AI became a boardroom priority, Angela was examining what it would mean to build workforces that could genuinely adapt — not just grow.

At Hyvid, she leads strategic direction and works directly with business leaders navigating the shift from traditional workforce growth to models built around intelligence, resilience, and long-term performance.

Yjez Batulan

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Yjez is the architect of how Hyvid actually works. With more than two decades in offshore operations, she has spent her career solving the hardest part of global teams: not hiring them, but making them function.

At Diversify, she built the operational foundations that made sustained growth possible. At Hyvid, she has gone further — designing systems where AI-enabled workflows, structured onboarding, and clear accountability allow teams to perform consistently, regardless of geography.

Her work is what allows Hyvid to deliver on its promise: global capability without sacrificing stability or control.

Robert Hynes

Robert founded Diversify in 2010 with a simple conviction: that access to great talent shouldn’t be limited by geography. Over the following decade, he built it into one of Australia’s leading offshore staffing businesses before its acquisition by HGS.

That experience — scaling a business, navigating an exit, watching the market evolve — shapes how he thinks about growth today. At Hyvid, Robert works closely with founders and leadership teams who are ready to build differently: increasing output and strategic capacity without the overhead that traditionally comes with it.

He believes the most resilient organisations won’t be defined by the size of their teams — but by how well those teams were designed.
